Lampung, 7 October 2026 — Paylabs announced the signing of a cooperation agreement with Bapenda Lampung and Bank Lampung to support digital regional levy payments through the SAIBARA application. Kantara Indonesia Group contributed by connecting Paylabs with the Lampung Provincial Government and facilitating the business opportunity behind the collaboration.
The initiative brings digital payment services into the regional levy payment process. According to Paylabs’ announcement, the collaboration aims to make payments easier, faster, and more secure, supporting efforts to develop more modern and efficient public services.

Kantara’s contribution builds on its merchant referral cooperation with PT Wahana Pembayaran Digital, the company behind Paylabs. Through this relationship, Kantara connects prospective merchants and institutional payment needs with Paylabs’ services. In the Lampung initiative, Kantara helped bring the parties together around an opportunity to digitalize regional payments.
The cooperation announced on 7 October focuses on regional levies through SAIBARA. Paylabs, Bapenda Lampung, and Bank Lampung are the collaborating organizations named in the announcement. The signing marks a cooperation milestone; the announcement does not establish when the service will become operational or report transaction results.
For Kantara Group, this initiative reflects its role in developing business relationships and connecting organizations with relevant service providers. Its contribution lies in helping create the conditions for collaboration, with the shared aim of supporting more accessible digital payment services for the public.
