Kantara Restorasi Indonesia begins its first reclamation programme

The group moves from measuring environmental value to delivering it, with post-mining reclamation work now under way.

Kantara Restorasi Indonesia has started work on the group's first post-mining reclamation programme, moving a capability that was previously described on paper into the field.

The programme covers soil recovery, replanting, and the monitoring records that make the result verifiable. Measurement runs alongside the work rather than after it, so the baseline and the outcome are recorded by the same method.

Our founder has been direct about where the group stands: the full chain from first survey to final handback has not yet been travelled end to end. This programme is the part that was missing.

Reporting will follow the same standard applied to every number the group hands a partner. Where a figure is an estimate, it will be published as an estimate.
